These Terms and Conditions govern the use of shipping and logistics services provided by:

2. Services Offered

Jamaajet Cargo provides the following logistics and shipping services:

Local Poland Parcel Delivery

Domestic parcel delivery within Poland using carrier networks including InPost, DPD, and GLS. Services include parcel locker delivery, door-to-door courier delivery, and real-time shipment tracking.

International Cargo — Europe to East Africa

Air and sea freight services from Poland and Europe to Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. Services include cargo consolidation, customs clearance assistance, and door-to-door delivery.

China to Kenya Cargo

Direct freight services from China to Kenya, including sourcing assistance, quality inspection, packing, and full customs clearance at both origin and destination.

Buying Service

Purchasing goods in Poland on behalf of customers and shipping them to East Africa.

3. Booking and Order Process

Orders for local Poland parcel delivery may be placed through our online booking form at www.jamaajetcargo.com/book-a-parcel/. The customer is required to:

  • Provide accurate parcel dimensions and weight
  • Provide correct sender and recipient contact details and addresses
  • Select a delivery service and confirm the price
  • Accept these Terms and Conditions
  • Complete payment via Przelewy24

International cargo and buying service orders are processed via WhatsApp or email. A quote will be provided before any payment is required.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include VAT where applicable. Prices for local parcel delivery are calculated in real time based on parcel dimensions, weight and selected carrier.

Payment for local parcel delivery is processed securely through Przelewy24. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, BLIK, and Polish bank transfers.

Jamaajet Cargo acts as a shipping reseller and charges a service fee on top of carrier wholesale rates. The total price shown at checkout is the final price payable by the customer.

5. Shipping Labels and Collection

After successful payment, a shipping label will be generated and sent to the customer’s email address within 30 minutes. The customer is responsible for:

  • Printing the label and affixing it securely to the parcel
  • Ensuring the parcel is available for collection at the specified address, or dropping it at the specified InPost locker
  • Ensuring the parcel contents comply with carrier restrictions

6. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be shipped through Jamaajet Cargo services:

  • Dangerous goods, explosives, flammable materials
  • Illegal substances or narcotics
  • Live animals
  • Perishable foods (unless specifically agreed)
  • Cash, credit cards or negotiable instruments
  • Items prohibited by Polish law or the law of the destination country
  • Any items prohibited by the carrier being used

7. Liability

Jamaajet Cargo acts as an intermediary between the customer and the carrier. Our liability for loss or damage to parcels is limited to the amount recoverable from the carrier under their terms of service.

Jamaajet Cargo is not liable for delays caused by carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For high-value shipments, customers are advised to declare the parcel value to enable insurance coverage.

8. Cancellations, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer (private individual), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta).

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date the contract was concluded (i.e. the date of your order).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear written statement sent to:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also submit your withdrawal by email to info@jamaajetcargo.com. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay.

Effect of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

The right of withdrawal does not apply where the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before a shipping label has been generated. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +48 786 496 251 or email info@jamaajetcargo.com.

Once a label has been generated and the parcel handed to a carrier, the order cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 14 business days.

9. Complaints

Complaints regarding our services must be submitted in writing to info@jamaajetcargo.com within 14 days of the shipment delivery date or expected delivery date. We will respond to all complaints within 14 business days.

10. Consumer Rights

Customers who are consumers (private individuals) have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of placing an order, unless the service has already been performed with the customer’s prior consent. This right is in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts.

12. Changes to Terms

Jamaajet Cargo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
